White carbon black
Silica black is a general term for white powdered X-ray amorphous silicic acid and silicate products, mainly referring to precipitated silica, fumed silica and ultra-fine silica gel, and also includes powdered synthetic aluminum silicate and calcium silicate. Soluble in caustic soda and hydrofluoric acid, insoluble in water, solvents and acids (except hydrofluoric acid). Product usage:
Silica black has good activity and adsorption rate, good reinforcing effect, good whiteness, and high insulation. It is a good reinforcing agent and filler. It is widely used in tires, conveyor belts, rice milling rubber rollers, etc. It can significantly improve the physical properties of rubber materials in textile apron rubber rollers, shoemaking and other industries, and has become the best reinforcing white filler to replace carbon black.
